I didn't realize until after I took that screenshot that it shows my sleep stats better in the second column.
Some sleep isn't all tracked like when I'm sick, or in the hospital, etc.
Here is my exercise and steps.
Mind you it only tracks it while my phone is on me.
Tracking my food isn't something I'm into, but maybe in 2026 I will work on tracking my food at times to see how it goes.
I feel like I did better tracking my weight this year then I did in 2024, however I should have done a better job working on getting my weight back down and not letting it continue to go up every month :( But that is ok, because it gives me a chance to work on getting my weight back in check this year!!!
