Last week I got the news from my current landlord that her and her husband are retiring and selling this house 🏠 and not renewing anyone's leases at the end of July. Which means I need to start getting my room packed and looking for a new place to live again. I wish I could get my own place that was more long-term and a better living situation then just renting a room with multiple roommates that don't always know how to clean after themselves. As well as not knowing how long I'll be able to be in the room for, because of the fact the landlord can stop owning the house at any time. I hate constantly moving and not actually having a place that is home to me anymore 😞 It's super stressful 😞 I can't afford my own apartment because of requirements for how much you have to make over the amount of rent sighs Alot of the rooms to rent aren't up to code either and just kinda throw as many people in a place as they can to share a place with hardly any common areas to be in.
But I'll figure things out before the end of July for another place to live. It's just going to take time and patience.
That being said I'm kinda looking for another job as well to take the place of Joann's, because having a dayshift job is perfect for me and a paycheck every week (because working two jobs it lined up where they took turns every Friday hitting my bank 🏦 account) 🥰
